LASIK Eye Surgery Process
Client education is part of what makes an outstanding LASIK experience. Each practice you visit will provide a unique experience for your first evaluation. Be sure you are able to have all your questions answered and take the time to discuss your personal motivations and objectives.
Before Your Evaluation and Consultation
You will receive instructions from the Refractive Surgery Coordinator prior to your visit. These will include when you should remove your contact lenses, how much time you should plan to spend at the office, what tests will be conducted, what drops will be placed in your eyes and what the next steps will be. The consultation is very thorough and can last up to 2 hours. |
